Coach’s Painting & More, warrants the painting of interior and exterior painted surfaces for a period of three (3) years, per the specific contracted scope of work, and will repair newly painted areas if peeling, blistering, flaking, or coating separation occurs. This warranty is limited to workmanship. Both our interior and exterior paint warranties cover painting defects, but they do not cover areas of fading and/or damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, weather, or accidental damaging occurrences.
Note: Severe paint blistering and separation of caulk from wood cupping due to intense and/or direct heat are not issues of workmanship and are not covered under the warranty.
If a defect in workmanship appears within three years from the date of project completion and is reported to Coach’s Painting & More, Coach’s Painting & More will inspect the affected areas and perform the necessary repairs.

INTERIOR SERVICE STEPS
SETUP
- Rooms and areas to be painted are scheduled with the customer.
- Large furniture is moved into the center of the room.
- Furniture is covered with plastic.
- Floors are covered with drop cloths.
PREPARATION
- Holes and cracks in walls are filled.
- Gaps in trim are caulked.
- Stains, such as watermarks, are sealed.
- Washing is done where necessary.
PAINTING
- Repaired areas are primed.
- Paint is applied with brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface.
- Ceilings and walls are painted to proper coverage and finish color.
- Clean-cut lines between trim and walls.
- Only premium quality paints are used.
CLEAN UP
- Furniture is moved back to original positions.
- Floors and carpets are thoroughly vacuumed and swept.
- All supplies and refuge are removed.
- Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.
INSPECTION
- Before the crew packs up their equipment, a “wet-walk-around” is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly.
- Final touch-ups are noted on a Quality List and are completed before the crew leaves.
- Coach’s Painting & More Standard Inspection is performed by a Foreman or Project Leader.
- The Coach’s Painting & More Customer Comment Card is completed by the customer.
